TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN 7X24 EXCHANGE DATA CENTER DAY UPLOADS

Thank you for your willingness to participate in 7×24 Exchange’s International Day site (“site”). In order to participate in the upload, you must be 18 years of age or older or have parent or guardian permission. Teachers who wish to upload the work of their students should first seek parental or guardian permission.

NOTE: NO PERSONAL DATA BEYOND THE FIRST NAME OF THE STUDENT AND THE FIRST NAME OF THE TEACHER AND GRADE WILL BE SHARED ON THE SITE. NO SCHOOL INFORMATION OR LOCATION WILL BE COLLECTED OR USED.

Please review the following Terms and Conditions regarding your participation in the Data Center Day Uploads (“Participant”) and indicate your agreement with these terms by clicking the “Accept” button on the form.

1. Submissions — Participant may submit the following items to the Website through the designated form: Photos, electronic scans, essays or other representations or content (collectively “Content”). It is understood and agreed that 7×24 Exchange will review and approve such Content prior to its posting on the Website.

2. License — Participant grants 7×24 Exchange a royalty-free, non-exclusive perpetual license to use, reproduce, create derivative works based upon, post the Content and related materials online, and distribute the Content in any way in the future with appropriate attribution to Participant and the student. Participant retains copyright ownership of the Content.

3. Indemnification — Participant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless 7×24 Exchange, its officers, members, sponsors, directors, employees, agents, and each of them, from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage or expense arising in any way from the Content. The terms of this provision shall survive the Participants contribution of Content to the Website.
